A family member was facing serious CSC charges that came with a penalty of up to 45 years in prison after some false accusations were made. The case lasted a little over three years, went to the Court of Appeals twice, and through 7 different attorneys before hiring Heath Lynch and his paralegal, Sarah Lynch. From the first conversation with Heath, I knew he was the one I trusted to represent a loved one.
