Do not do business with this company.. I ordered and paid $2,000 for an electric Stressless recliner in early 2022. The wiring for the back recline and foot rest broke in October 2023. A repair worker ordered a replacement part from Norway which didn’t come until January 2025 and was the wrong part. Shortly after that Suzanne offered to give me a $1,000 refund. It is now November and I haven’t received anything. If I could give zero stars I would.

Excellent customer service! We were greeted promptly by the staff upon arrival. Our salesperson Maria was helpful and gave us enough space to look at the furniture without being too smothering. Although the item had a small wait, Maria made sure to keep us updated. Our delivery team included Ian and another gentleman who were prompt and courteous. The sideboard we bought is not only beautiful - it's functional and well crafted. Overall a positive experience and we will be back for a few more pieces of furniture.

Helena is great to work with in picking out furniture and she does a great job of communication, letting you know when items are in. In addition, the team who assemble furniture and who deliver it are amazing. They came to our house and built the furniture there in a fast and pleasant manner. Highly recommend.
