Scents of Serenity shows care in every aspect of their service. It truly is serene, and you know you are getting quality there. I love it so much. Jackie is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She seems to genuinely enjoy helping others, and she takes care with every movement. It's amazing. The only thing I wish is that you could choose a non-organic line of products for a lower price. They are very worth the money, but it's getting so expensive, and I really don't mind if my products are organic or not. I have one suggestion though. Offer a nap as an add on to massage!! So many times at the end of the treatment, I just want to snooze for 30 minutes on that warm, comfy table. So rarely do we get good, restful sleep these days. It would be amazing! I would pay to do that. :D

I’ve been coming to S&S for a while now on and off, I’m not a monthly customer but have always trusted this place with my care. Brittanie at Short Pump was by far one of my favorite massages I’ve had in the last few years. Got a deep tissue with hot stones. She’s able to do great pressure for deep tissue and works to get the knots out. She gives you advice afterwards to try and improve the tough spots. Others have done this before, but not as much detail on what exercises to perform. Overall, great experience today and every time I’ve gone! Can’t wait till I can go for my next one :)

I had my first prenatal massage with Patti and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. She was fabulous kind and calm. It was perfectly relaxing and stress relieving. I felt like she worked out all of my tension, all while still making me feel comfortable while being pregnant I definitely plan to see Patti again before I deliver and I’m so glad and am so thankful I found her and booked with her. Would recommend her to anyone - she was truthfully a 10 out of 10.

So relaxing!! Had the best experience here!!! I work at a high end salon so I love when I get to go to another business and get treated to the highest level!! So kind so professional! I recommend a massage more than a hour cause it goes by so quick, but it’s so worth the $. One of my favorite touches is the ladies room has hair ties, brushes and sanitary items!! So thoughtful! Already scheduled my next appt!!

This was such a great experience. My husband booked a couples massage for my birthday and everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. They tailored each of our massages specifically to our needs and created a very relaxing environment. We will definitely be back. Brittany focused on a specific area that I told her was giving me trouble and after that massage it’s been feeling so much better! Thank you Serenity for a wonderful experience.
