I build my own computers about every five years and a few times I have run into problems that could I not solve. So I turn to Schrock, and those problems get solved. My last visit there was a few days ago, and as usual, the people there were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, this time it was Alex and Chase. Even when I thought had an additional problem after bringing the computer home, a quick phone call to Chase was all that was needed. So as always I'm very happy!!

Chase set up my Holiday Special Desktop, and more. Chase was Very knowledgeable, determined to have systems set up appropriately, efficiently, the way he would have it if it was his computer. He was a delight to work with and get to know. Thank you for your patience and explanations, Chase! Five stars for sure!

I worked with Ryan this afternoon via remote session and he was fantastic!!! I recently purchased a new computer and many things were not set up as I was used to. He was able to fix things and guide me through many processes to get access to my documents, pictures, and Outlook email. He was extremely helpful and patient and stayed with me until we got everything set up properly. It is very evident that he is knows what he is doing and enjoys helping others. Thank you Ryan!!!
