The conveniance is awesome. However, our double stroller was disgusting. Crumbs and dirty stains from who knows what.

Rented a double stroller. Stroller was delivered on time and stroller worked rolled easily. That’s all that was good about scooterbug. Stroller was stained all over and looked dirty and disgusting, footrest was broken so couldn’t lift it up for my kids to rest, cushion on handle was a cheap replacement that didn’t extend to the edges and wasn’t padded. I will not use them again and will not recommend. I don’t know why DL does business with this company.

Absolutely wonderful experience using ScooterBug at Disneyland. Scooter was delivered on-time before we arrived at our hotel. It was easy to use, easy to charge, able to move pretty quickly, and easy to maneuver. It had beyond ample battery capacity for all-day use starting from and returning to our hotel across Harbor. It was also notably cheaper than renting from Disneyland at their front gate. Return process was just to leave it near the hotel front desk and hand the key to the front desk staff. Only feedback I have is: 1) Call out the manual-movement lever in the instructions. That helped a lot with keeping quiet in our hotel at night. 2) Include a longer charging cable. We ended up having to park our scooter right in front of our fridge to reach an outlet for charging.

So disappointing that they are the only place that rents adaptive strollers, but they will only let you rent if you stay at the Disney resort. So lame. Way to gate keep handicap access. UPDATE - They responded saying that they deliver to other hotels. This may be true - But they do not deliver to Airbnb, nor do they allow me to go pick up from a location. We cannot stay in any hotel due to my daughter's disability. We have to stay in an house. I offered to pick up from anywhere. I offered to pay a deposit. The person on the phone said there is no way unless we are staying in a hotel!

What a nightmare! We had one problem after another. We rented 3 scooters. 2 scooters malfunctioned. We recieved another 2 scooter. Only to discover that 1 of the 2 new scooters would run. We ended up having to have another delivered to our vacay destination "Disneyland". Come to find out after waiting for delivery yet again this scooters wasn't even charged. It caused us hours of delays after all was said and done. Never again!
