I truly can't recommend Fiona enough. As a first-time buyer in the WNY market, I was unsure about the process and if I’d be able to find anything I’d like. I recently purchased a home with Fiona Dargan as my realtor, and I highly recommend her to anyone! I was new to the home buying process and Fiona made the experience very easy and enjoyable. Everyone talks about how difficult and stressful the home buying experience is, especially in this market. I can say without a shred of doubt Tyler Szumada made our first home buying experience incredibly easy due to all of his diligence, persistence, knowledge, and his incredible demeanor throughout the entire process.
