Phillip did a thorough job of cleaning the carpet and he remeasured our rooms to make sure we did not get overcharged as the size listed was bigger than actual. Friendly, he answered all of our questions. He just rolled in and did his business efficiently.

The quality and service were great. We had the whole house done - carpet and tile. It was just one guy so it was an all day commitment on a holiday week but he was incredibly thorough. He also gave me recommendations for what cleaners to use that wouldn’t compromise the sealant or scotch guard. I would definitely recommend using them and will be calling them myself again when the time comes.

From phone call to completion I give Scott’s 10 stars. Customer service focused, communication is top notch, reasonable pricing, and I can’t say enough about Jose! He was so kind and professional and did an amazing job with our carpet. It looks fabulous and smells so fresh. It’s been 4 days since our service and I can confidently say- it’s the best experience Ive had to date. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had been on the fence on whether it was worth it to clean our upstairs carpet one more time. Years of grubby hands, kids sneaking in food and drinks, etc. had left it in a state of (what we thought) disrepair. We decided to give Scott's a try to see what they could do, and oh my goodness, they exceeded our expectations. Our carpet looks BRAND NEW! Jose Morales was so professional and knowledgeable, answering any questions that my husband had. The price was extremely reasonable and well worth it. In fact, we were so impressed with Jose that we scheduled him again to clean our upholstery! Stay tuned for what we know will be another 5 star review.

Scott’s carpet Care did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, couch and Persian rug. They even did pick up and delivery for my Persian rug to be cleaned at their shop. I will definitely be using them for my carpet care needs in the future. The Persian rug is all fresh and clean! Juan did a great job and he was so nice friendly and thorough
