Staff was very rude, they should have a better understanding that how to talk with customers. Specially, the girl with specs on the reception, idk her name but she was very rude with my girlfriend. She said I don’t have anything and move on another customer. I’ll request to the manager that please tell her some sense of talking in a professional manner. Thank you.

I had a great time there. The atmosphere and the entry were really eye-catching as soon as I walked in. The place was clean, the vibe was good, and the staff were friendly. The lanes worked well and it was a fun spot to hang out with friends. I’d definitely go again.

Had such a great time here! The atmosphere is super fun and relaxed, and everything was well organized. But what really made the visit special were the front desk girls — they were absolutely fantastic! 💯 Super friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They handled everything so smoothly — from getting our lane ready to helping us with shoes and explaining the deals. You can tell they really care about making sure everyone has a good time.especially Saturday staff

Had a fantastic time at Scottsdale Bowling Lanes! 🎳 The lanes were well-maintained and the overall vibe was super fun and welcoming. I also ordered their pizza — and wow, it was so delicious! 🍕 Fresh, cheesy, and served hot — definitely exceeded my expectations for a bowling alley snack. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff — they were polite, quick to assist, and made the whole experience even better, sharing personal experience our time bowling was expired and we were at last round, we request their staff for bonus time and without any moment they give us that without any charge. Whether you’re there for a casual game or just to hang out with friends, this place hits the mark. Can’t wait to visit again soon!
