Very amazing staff! Friendly, courteous, and just good people. Our dog Reggie needed an emergency bath and they were able to accommodate him and us quickly and took care of him. Extremely decently priced too. Definitely will come back!

My cat died after they kept her for a week. They returned her covered in feces and mucous. This is one of the most traumatic events in our family. My daughter took her immediately to the vet after she picked Mia up. She died later that day. They did not call us to let us know Mia was sick. My daughter had to watch her beloved cat die in front of her from the horrible treatment she received here. I was working out of town and she had to go through this alone. We cannot recommend that you do not use these horrible people enough. They refunded our money but it's not about money. They are lucky I didn't sue them. I am very distraught over this neglect and the death of our cat. We rescued her in New Orleans. She was abandoned by her owner. We saved her while she was stranded in a tropical storm. Rest in Peace beloved Mia. Shame on you Scottsdale Pet Resort.

Our initial call provided comfort when they were able to answer all questions I had as a first-time boarding dog mom (The notepad with twelve or more questions that made us know this was the place to choose.) We had never left our dogs for more than 12 hours after having two puppies under 2 years old! We tried an initial 4-hour daycare and our dogs were happy coming out and ready for a nap at home. We boarded our two dogs for about a week following the 4-hour daycare. The staff made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable through all of the process from first-call till day of pickup. Faith and Dylan were kind and patient with me as a first timer and when I needed to call to hear about how our dogs were doing. We also got our dogs baths to go home and they were so soft, clean, and well taken care of. (For my sweet pitbull with allergies and sensitivity, they did better than I do myself at home and I was very impressed and just wanted to take a million pictures.) My dogs were happy to go back for the stay and really loved all of the staff they remembered. If my dogs could write this review I’d have slobber all over my phone trying to kiss them through the phone. I can not say enough great things about all of the staff; Faith always gave us the best comfort after she met them our first day and clearly confident and comfortable with large dogs. I saw my dog the first time he met Dylan, after a week with our dogs they were best friends and they had built trust with him as well. Honestly, we will go back to Scottsdale Pet Hotel for boarding or any other needs we have. There are so many great things to say as they took care of any special needs with medication, feeding separate and making sure my little one eats, to even snapping the BEST pictures to show my family while on vacation. First photos I had were dogs on the day of pickup. The ones in grass were sent to me while they were at the SPH!

LOVED this pet hotel for my kitten! I went to Paris for 12 days and was a bit worried leaving her for so long but the staff was so loving and attentive to my kitten! I emailed them to send me a picture of her while i was away and the staff sent me a video of her playing. Overall, great service for a fair price. Would definitely recommend to friends and use their services again!

So happy with the overall experience adopting my beautiful rescue girl from Scottsdale Pet Hotel. We got to bring our other dog and meet several of the pups they have available looking for furever homes. I met my wonderful Athena and have been deeply in love ever since. ❤ They were patient and understanding as we went through the process. Super staff and great environment.
