I go here once a month to get the dirt off my car from parking outside. Victor, the greeter, is always polite and friendly. The reason I only gave four stars is because there should be an option to not have your car hand dried. Even when not busy, the workers do not do a good job of drying vehicles. They leave many water spots. They expect a tip as well for their work, even though I drive across the street to the Vons shopping center to finish drying my car myself.

Paid top dollar for HAND WASH. They curbed my wheel saw it happen and then they tried to deny it but the curb was freshly scraped and so was my wheel. They are going to repair it we shall see but that is very frustrating as the whole reason I wanted a hand car wash is because I take care of my 2025 BMW M4 competition I’ve only own for a few months! Needless to say careless and unprofessional. And on top of that car is still dirty as you can see in the photos

So far so good. Got the $51 super deluxe cuz my car was extremely dirty. It's normally $55 but there's a discount on the website. After quickly getting past the mandatory attempt at an upsell, I took a seat in the typically spartan lounge. The workers (exclusively Mexican, of course) took their time and did a thorough job inside and out, ready in about 30 minutes. Definitely going back, we'll see if the service is consistent.

Car Wash prices are very reasonable. If you come first thing in the morning, as soon as they open, you can be in and out in 30 minutes (depending on the service you are getting). Very satisfied with work.
