Didn't take good photos right away. Though this has been the best haircut! Nothing fancy was requested, but detailed trim around the tail, paws, and nails was quite impressive and unique. It was regular cut but never saw this level of detail and practical style in common troublesome areas. Will definitely be a repeated customer!

I took my old English sheepdog there that I never had the right brush to groom him with so he has mats. I don’t care if he is shaved but he freaks out for weeks after so I told them I didn’t care if they just cut out the mats but they kept saying they would have to shave him which then freaked me out & honestly I had a little fit. However, even with my melt down they agreed to groom him anyway. He turned out absolutely beautiful!!! He was happy & I was ecstatic! Now I have a good brush & no more mats so I can hardly wait to take him back. Hopefully, they don’t have “she’s a Karen” next to my name because I never want to take him anywhere else💕

Crystal is wonderful with our 2 dogs, a basset and a doodle. She grooms each of them and their different coats perfectly and always has great tips and tricks for at home. She is timely and dependable! Absolutely 5 stars!
