Excellent service from booking to cleaning! Highly professional and excellent end of tenancy clean. The team arrived perfectly on time, were super efficient, caring and attentive. The cleaners arrived on time and were polite. They mentioned the job would take 3–4 hours but finished in just 2.5 hours. While some areas were cleaned well, overall the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were generally fine, but a few parts of the bedroom cabinet still had dust, and the bathroom floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The checklist also mentioned the inside of the windows would be cleaned, but they were still dusty — we noticed this after the team had left. We were especially disappointed with the kitchen. While the fridge, oven, and dishwasher were done, one of the drawers was completely untouched, and both the extractor and kitchen walls were greasy. When we asked about the walls, the cleaners said they wouldn’t clean them due to chipping paint. However, my wife and I later cleaned the stains easily using just water and a cloth. Unfortunately, we only noticed the dirty extractor after they had gone. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and not up to the standard we expected. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.
