Sea Hare Aquatics

Please update your shop on Google to reflect hours the business is open. We drove across town to visit and apparently the store is closed today- would have been nice to know beforehand. Edit: Returned to give a second chance and see what this store had to offer. The selection was very small- guppies, convicts, and a handful of salt water fish. The tanks that did have fish were labeled incorrectly for what species they had. The store/tanks looked as though the shop was moving or closing and the employee working was video chatting on his phone the whole time we were in. Unfortunately, my review will stay the same for now as we have been to much better fish stores in the area and had a bit of a more interactive experience with shop employees.

So many fish

Ronneil and his wife have been absolutely amazing. After a bad experience with a previous shop, we came across Sea Hare Aquatics and couldn't be happier. They have fair prices, great service, communication, and are always on time. We highly recommend them for any of your aquatic needs!

I’ve lived in San Antonio my entire life. I’ve owned my own business for more than 40 years. I’ve learned that customer service is the most important thing a business can offer. I look for family owned businesses. I found that in Sea Hare Aquatics. I called to get my aquarium cleaned (which I had neglected for a couple of months) I called and talked to the owner, Ronneil. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. His wife, Kimberly called and set up the appointment with me. They followed up a couple of times before my appointment to make sure everything was a go. They showed up on time and did an incredible job. It felt like I had known Ronneil my entire life. He was so personable and and assured me he would take care of me. Again, family owned businesses are the best. THEY CARE!!! I recommend Sea Hare Aquatics 100%. I’m already looking forward to my 3 month maintenance visit. Before an after photos.

I had a great experience with Sea Hare Aquatics. The staff were very friendly and accommodating even though I contacted them on short notice, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. The speed and professionalism of the aquarium setup/relocation really stood out — they worked efficiently and handled the equipment and livestock with care. Their customer service was excellent, answered all my questions, and the fish were healthy and active. I highly recommend them for anyone needing aquarium services or quality fish.

Beautiful selection of fish. They are very patient and very helpful to my 12 year old son who is extremely into Guppies and breeding them. Ronnell always takes time to talk to my son over the phone about specific fish. Annie was extremely patient and very helpful to my son and our family. She picked each individual fish that we selected out of a very large tank with a large amount of Guppies. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a freshwater or saltwater fish. Five stars!
