Highly recommend Michelle Danley! You never expect to find yourself going through a divorce—let alone having to navigate the complicated process of separating finances, retirement accounts, property, and more. Michelle was my mediation lawyer, and she was truly exceptional in guiding me through one of the most difficult times in my life. My ex is very strong-willed, and the mediation process was long, emotional, and often frustrating. There were moments when I felt like giving in just to get it over with, but Michelle helped me stay grounded. She calmly and clearly explained the long-term implications of each decision, empowering me to make choices that protected my future. Her professionalism, patience, and strategic thinking made all the difference. I’m so grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone facing a similar situation.
SDS is trying to undermine my review and suppress it. They require a $10,000 retainer for court plus what you pay prior so over $15000+ by the end if you're lucky. Before firing them, they took ~$3000 BEWARE: Do not waste money or time here as the firm will work for opposing counsel and your ex. She was recommended to me by her friend Meadow, who no longer likes me, so Emily Razler has been quite quitting me since. She never drafted up an agreement the first time my ex agreed to sell the house buying him and his lawyer time. He has missed several mortgage payments etc which has put me in a financial bind and ruined my credit. She justified my stbx using our marital money to cheat on me using Tinder and OnlyFans I'm a disabled, retired combat Veteran, and this law firm took advantage of that. I will be reaching out to the bar association to report them for breach of duty and harm to the client. Emily told me this divorce would be over quickly and that we do this at the least cost possible. She started sympathizing with my abuser stbx husband, sticking up for him, and used timelines against me in his favor. As a Veteran, my x and I got our house using my VA loan benefits and have been living in the homes since I left in Dec 2023. Emily stated his using me to pay his debt was a moot point but said I made more money than him in that time frame so I was in the wrong. She told me my divorce would be final by Apr 23 2025 but the last time I heard from her was around April 2, 2025, until I fired her on the 23 for failure to communicate. I gave them 7,000 in the beginning and she said that would be more than enough for my case since we have no children. From what I saw on my last invoice, she contacted OC once but told me OC stopped communicating with her. Also, she did nothing about my x one minute agreeing to sell the house because he can't buy me out and then backing out. She yelled at me in his defense that he didn't know what he was doing, while other lawyers told me he was stalling. She started charging me for items she hadn't previously after I fired the firm.
Practical, Responsive, and Dedicated I worked with Michelle for over a year on my divorce. She was consistent, listened to my needs, and recommended sound actions to take on my behalf. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to a settlement, mostly due to my ex and opposing counsel's unwillingness to be reasonable and avoid a long drawn out court battle. This was the primary reason I stopped working with Michelle due to her existing case loads. She did everything in her power to help me settle my case on equal terms and represented my interests well throughout the entire process.
Emily Razler was an exceptional advocate during a challenging time, combining deep legal expertise with genuine compassion. Her responsiveness and clear communication made me feel supported and confident every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an effective and empathetic divorce attorney.
I feel extremely fortunate to have worked with Mark Alexander over the very long haul of my case. I was somehow able to hire the attorney everyone hopes to get but seldom does. Thanks to Mark, I was able to achieve a much better outcome than I ever hoped for. He was over-and-above in every way that matters: expertise, timeliness, punctuality, turnaround, patience and pragmatism to name just a few. His work showed so much thought and attention to detail which really won me over. My divorce was a painful time in my life and I'm deeply grateful to have found Mark get me through the legal journey safely with a secure future intact.
