Avoid, this company is dodgy. They dont reply. Lost my parcel and wont email me back with a resolution. Customer service is poor. Stole my money and no item

Product was lovely. No issues there. Customer service poor >>>> You gain points to use on future items when you buy something (I gained lot due to the high price of the item I bought). Got email to say I have 900 points but no info on how to access & use them. Emailed multiple times to ask for instructions on how to access them - but have yet to receive any reply whatsoever. Was very keen to purchase more using them but again… been 5weeks (4 emails)… no response 🤷🏻♂️ Poor customer service. They obviously don’t want me to use the points as it’s a lot and won’t make money or something. Still waiting on replies. But receiving other promos from them. (Crap)

Fantastic experience! Great service. Communication was excellent, as was the FREE next day delivery.... And then the product!!!! Just Outstanding!!!! So many brilliant pieces..so hard to find, amd at unbelievably good prices. Item came exactly as described and delicately packed for delivery. An all in all fantastic experience Thanks guys

Friendly service, item exactly as pictured and in great condition. I was skeptical the goretex wouldn’t work as it’s second hand but it does. Can tell they actually care about the clothes they sell. Highly recommend 👊🏽
