I've been training at this boxing gym for a few months now, and it's been great. The workouts push you to your limits in the best way possible. The sparring sessions are competitive but respectful, and the coach Rusta takes the time to tailor training to your personal goals. Highly recommend!

Had Rusta along side his old man Gordon training me at pcyc, have recently started training again at the Newcastle gym, great coach, with some tuff sessions, plenty of technical work as well as fitness & a great environment
