I have trusted Steven with my mortgage for many years. This time I needed to port my mortgage and take up a new mortgage to purchase a bigger house. I sought Steven out as he was no longer at the previous company but so glad I found him again. Steven explained everything and arranged a new mortgage and saw it through to completion. Catherine arranged a new life insurance and home insurance for us, also did a lot of chasing around at a crucial time during our house purchase and Steven was away on leave. As a first time buyer, I had so many questions and nerves along the way, and Steven was absolutely amazing in answering my questions, being available to talk things through, and securing me the best mortgage rate possible in some of the most challenging circumstances. He went above and beyond to do the best by me, even when lenders were pulling deals and rates were ever-changing. Cannot recommend enough!
