LOVE this place! The yoga shred classes are my favorites! If you like Corepower you’ll love this place. It’s like the local, woman-owned version of Corepower. Vinyasa classes are excellent. All the teachers are killer! Community is so nice - 10/10 recommend.

Heated restorative yoga with Sunray at Seeking Space is the absolute highlight of my week. It always me to slow down, calm my nervous system and find grounding inner peace in this fast paced world.

It was relaxing and warm, but the poses didn't stretch any muscles really. Not sure it was supposed to though. I liked the cool orange/cardamom infused towelette at the end

Quality instructors, clean space and welcoming vibes. I love especially LOVE Heather’s Shred class for some cardio/weights and stretch stretching, and just 45 minutes! Plus her playlist and combinations are fun and unique.
