We ordered flowers for a funeral for next day delivery. I accidentally duplicated an online order and Jeremy immediately called asking if it might be a mistake - and it was! They saved me a $500 mistake. Jeremy had also called the funeral home and guaranteed arrival the next morning, which I thought was phenomenal customer service. The flowers were beautiful - highly recommend to anyone needing flowers.

We used Segelin’s for our wedding florals, and I am so happy we did! Jeremy understood my vision so well and didn’t pressure me to get more arrangements than I wanted. He was extremely professional and even moved our flowers from the church to the reception location (across Cleveland) after the ceremony. The flowers turned out even more beautiful than I imagined, and they were very reasonably priced!

I placed my order directly on Segelin's website and from start to finish, the process was very easy. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. The recipient was kind enough to send me a photo of what the arrangement ultimately looked like and it certainly met my expectations. Definitely recommend!
