Found Seif online as I was desperately searching for someone to fix my son’s gaming laptop that suddenly crashed. I’m just a clueless mom trying to save the day so reached out with no idea what this process would look like. Seif asked me download an app that gave him access to the computer and that’s literally all I had to do. He was amazing and completely fixed the computer and explained to my son what he had to do so this issue wouldn’t happen again. He’s AMAZING, fast and gets the job done without requiring anything on our end!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR EMERGENCIES!! Thank you!!!
