I had a very negative experience trying to book a consultation appointment here. The website advertises a complimentary consultation and I wanted to confirm that I would not be charged, but the receptionist at the Anaheim location would not honor the complimentary consultation. She said that my pricing would depend on my insurance. I then asked for a price range for the first consultation session and she wouldn't give me a range either because she said it depends on my insurance. Then I asked her what would be the cost for a consultation if someone is paying out-of-pocket and she wouldn't give me that information either. Her service and approach were major red flags and I decided not to go forth with the consultation. If anyone that's part of the Anaheim office reads this, please be aware that the website lists a complementary (aka $0) consultation. Perhaps she needs more training?
