In accurate Basic Google information, like hours of operation. To owner, my intent is not the "harm" your business. Google allows reviews. Which means any one can execise freedom on speech about what their experience was. Like I did, I googled. I quickly learned many Laredo bussiness owners clearly are using appoinent setting to weed out trash clientele at the same time lossing fresh new clients. Last I checked we live in U.S.A. everyone can make their own choices for their own reasons and dont have to apologies or provide a reason. I sure as heck will not recommennd your bussiness to all the new ladies I came to laredo with, who need service and alot alot alot of money to just spend. Bye

I went here when they had a special for Christmas time and scheduled a 30 min shoulder massage and a custom facial. When I got there, both of these services were combined into one which confused me because they are two separate things. The custom facial wasn't customized. The person who gave me the facial didn't ask me any questions about my skin, about what I was wanting from the facial, etc...she just went right into the facial. I was left really confused. Overall, she did do a good job with the facial. I would rate it a 3/5, but had it been customized, I would've liked it better since that's what I paid for! The massage was unfortunately not good at all. I didn't know where the facial ended and where the massage began. The person giving me the massage didn't ask how the pressure was, if it was okay, nothing. I was expecting so much more and felt very underwhelmed. I would've wanted a lot more pressure and wanted this to be separate from the customized facial. I would rate this a 1/5. Overall, this place gets a 2 star from me due to the fact that both services were lumped into one and that I was never asked what I wanted from the facial or massage. This was a very nice looking spa and I am disappointed to be giving them a low score because I expected more.

Had a relaxing experience with my session, the service and staff were studious and excellent. I had a skin Analysis consultation and was recommended the Gentlemen’s Facial cleansing. After the session, Marissa followed up with an in-depth assessment on certain products based on my skin and a simple routine to help my skin. Thank you Marissa! Would go back and recommend others to go.

I love getting facials done here. Marissa has been amazing, and it's one of the main reasons I'll keep coming back. She always starts the facial by asking what my skin concerns are and then customizes the facial to address my skin problems. The place I used to go to was very overpriced, the staff was not friendly, and the actual facial didn't really help my skin problems. I totally recommend this place.
