I petitioned for my husband around August 2025 and got approved at his interview on January 6, 2026. The process was very quick for us, which I know can vary depending on each case. Overall, my experience with Sam Serrano was excellent. Sam is a great listener, very thorough, and asks all the right questions. He provides honest feedback and gives you all the tools you need to successfully go through the immigration process. He is always available by phone or text, and if he doesn’t respond immediately, he gets back to you within a day or two. If I ever needed to follow up, he made sure to respond. One moment that truly stood out was when I didn’t have my children’s original birth certificates. Sam made a call the same day and resolved the issue immediately, lifting a huge weight off my shoulders. The only minor hiccup was learning at the last minute that we needed an interpreter, which would have been helpful to know in advance due to the cost. However, Sam quickly provided a reliable contact, and while it was pricey, it was absolutely worth it to ensure everything was handled correctly and in compliance with immigration rules.
