I originally worked with Service Wizard for a spring HVAC tune up. The tech tuned up the system and opened a clogged drain pipe other non-SW techs had missed. This led me to call them for a fall tune up. My system is 20 years old. After the tune up one of the techs and I talked getting about a new system. This was during the Thanksgiving savings period. They offered me a 30% discount which brought the cost back to what it was a couple years ago. Their financing option was easy and very competitive. I went through with the change. The techs arrived the next day, replaced the old, and cleaned up after. They went about their work efficiently, took care not to track dirt/mud on my floors, and were very polite. Two techs I spoke with (Adrian and Levi) gave me more in-depth information about what they were doing and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. Levi especially was very helpful and forthcoming. I'll be seeing Service Wizard for years into the future (in spite of the weird cartoons on their trucks).

I want to that Evan and the team at Service Wizard for coming out on the same day that I called for service on my Lennox HVAC system. Evan was great, he explained what was causing the error message, how he was going to fix it and within an hour we had heat. It was a complete shot in the dark that I picked Service Wizard, but the factors were all the positive reviews and more importantly, he was locally owned here in Hutto. Also turns out that we had a connection through several mutual friends and it was so nice to know that he is a trusted, honest, hard working good guy. I truly appreciate businesses and guys like that. I would recommend Evan and the team at Service Wizard to everyone that needs service on their HVAC system. Thanks again.

We had a great experience with Service Wizard today. Our technician, Daniel, was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what’s working well with our AC/Furnace system and pointed out a few areas that may need upkeep down the road—without any pressure, just helpful guidance. We really appreciated his thoroughness and the level of customer care he provided. Highly recommend Service Wizard, and especially Daniel Farrrow, for anyone needing reliable HVAC service.

Our service tech was Mike and he did an outstanding job. He was very through in evaluating our system and gave us repair options and reasonable pricing up front. He gave some recommendations on future preventative maintenance and laid out what was needed to get the system going again today. Honest trustworthy and patiently explained the options. System was running better than before his visit. Highly recommend service wizard and highly endorse Mike.

These are the guys to get you through the worst case scenario. I knew when purchasing a 44 year old house 22 years ago that if I stayed long enough, replacing the entire cast iron sewer drain line underneath it was in my future, and the day finally came. Service Wizard installed my new AC/Furnace and replaced all the ducting almost 10 years ago, and have been awesomely maintaining it all since. I didn't know until this sewer line issue that they have recently expanded into the plumbing business in addition to HVAC. Not being comfortable with the first two plumbing companies' solution suggestions, I asked Service Wizard to come take a look. Ethan's explanations about what needed to be done and how SW proposed to do it made more sense to me and actually put me at ease, even with him being fully honest about how disruptive a full tunnel being created under your house, the length of it, and your entire drain line being removed and replaced could be. I still knew that this was the safest, future repair-wise, and best way for the house itself, to go. Once we agreed on all the particulars (I also had them tackle a few other plumbing situations as well), scheduling was easy and the party began in earnest. From the excavators, to the plumbers, to supervision and communication with management, I cannot imagine this crazy project going smoother than it did, for me anyway. I know that there were unpleasant surprises as that goes under 66 year old houses, but those were never presented to me as problems, only challenges lol. Ethan and Josh in particular, along with everyone else involved, worked ridiculously hard and long hours. Dale kept me updated and was reachable 24/7. Service Wizard not only has an HVAC customer for life, they now are my only plumbing service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
