Great shopping experience at Seth Michael. Isabella was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We live almost two hours from their store in Fells Point, but it was definitely worth the drive to shop there.

Seth and Michael made buying our Monika sleeper a fantastic experience. Michael was patient, answered all our questions, and even sent fabric swatches so we could choose with confidence. We chose white glove delivery, and everything went smoothly. Michael kept us updated every step of the way and provided a helpful checklist for inspection on delivery day. The sleeper itself is amazing. The medium-firm mattress is supportive yet comfortable, and the mechanism opens and closes effortlessly. We even use one side as a chaise lounge—such a great feature! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made this purchase easy and enjoyable. We truly enjoy working with Seth Michael and confidently purchased the Luonto Fantasy King size sleeper couch and the Luonto Elevate Bunk Bed. Co-owner Michael was enthusiastic, thorough, professional, and very responsive and knowledgeable of his product line. The ordering process was simple, and delivery arrangements were easy to make. The level of customer service through their communications is unsurpassed! We purchased the King sleeper couch to be the only King size bed for our guests in our new lake home and it is used by the taller members of our family during their visits. The couch and bunk bed arrived as promised and the inside delivery was seamless. The look and the feel of the couch is perfect for the space it is in, it is very comfortable to sit on, and the fabric is first rate. We appreciate how easy it is to convert it into to a king-sized sleeping bed with a simple one person lift and pull. The bed is moderately firm, but very comfortable to sleep on. We provide a 2-inch foam topper for our guests who prefer a plusher sleeping experience. The bunk bed is very spacious for seating as a couch and converts very easily into a perfect height bunk bed with camp mattresses that are comfortable enough for adults to sleep on. The bunk bed was slept on by our 8 and 11 year old grandsons and they gave it a strong seal of approval for comfort and coolness! We strongly recommend Seth Michael and their product line.
When we moved into a townhouse we had a room that we wanted to serve as a guest room and a multi-purpose TV room, but weren’t convinced a “couch bed” would be the right fit. (We’ve all seen the Seinfeld episode where Elaine sleeps in a bad one and can’t walk for a week) We found Seth Michael while doing a deep-dive Google search of king-sized sleeper sofas. Their website detailing different models is great. We scheduled an appointment at their Baltimore office and were sold immediately. Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - he also helped us find discounts, worked with us on shipping and delivery, and was a delight. We love it so much and can’t recommend the sofa or Seth Michael / MiY Home enough.
