Extremely rude customer service. I called about an appointment notification I got because I didn’t book this appointment. It was for a free Brazilian which I had already used so I assumed it was a glitch. But then I got another reminder for said appointment. I called sev and explained this because in my mind oh nice I have a laser appointment I didn’t know about and I could use one. I enjoyed my last experience at sev with the nurse I had. I asked if they could see the appointment on their end and the workers response was “well can you tell me your phone number because I don’t know who this is?”….. I assumed I must of not heard right or missed something and she doubled down and said “can you tell me your phone number because I don’t know who this is?” I was so shocked by the tone and rudeness I just listed my number to her. She then told me she cancelled it and hung up before I could say another word. Editing this 7hrs later to say that I just got a notification that they charged me a 50% cancelation fee for this… horrible horrible experience. Don’t go to this place
