She helped me and another bridesmaids after a chaotic experience from David's bridal in which one bridesmaids was sent the wrong dress, another had a cancelled order, and needed a different dress altered to match the original bridesmaids dress. Penny was kind, thorough and transparent throughout. He communication was amazing, and she essentially made a clone of the original dress, with complete sizing alterations in a very tight deadline. Penny and her partner made the entire experience with them easy and seamless. I'd recommend them to everyone
