We used SF Bartenders for our wedding in September in Mendocino County with 175 guests. I would not recommend them. They went against our agreement for accommodations, they were not flexible with choosing our own wine from a local vineyard and upcharged us $10 per head even though we had the top tier package, the bartenders didn’t know how to make the signature cocktail even though we had agreed on it before the wedding date, they promised us 10 bartenders and only 6 showed up, they didn’t do table service during the reception as planned in our contract. They wanted to charge us per head for every single guest including for pregnant women and children (we’re talking even 2 year olds). They were not good at communication and they made wedding planning more stressful.
I've worked with SF Bartenders the last two years for an event in our cozy office for about 60 people. They are on it, arrive on time, have what they need, a nice looking pro setup. They are willing to go above and beyond, even bussing tables. They come with a license to serve alcohol, either yours or libations they provide, and staff are professional and skilled. I highly recommend.
We used SF Bartenders for an Oktoberfest event. Communication was fast and reliable. The day of the event the bartender (Jason) showed up with plenty of time to set up. He was friendly, professional and efficient. We had plenty of beer & wine for everyone and got lots of compliments on the selection of beer (Oktoberfest related). We'll definitely be using them again for future events.
