Working with Dr. Jess truly changed my life. I had been struggling with vestibular migraines for over 4 years. Despite countless visits to various specialists and extensive testing, they were not able to properly diagnose the problem or even get me any lasting relief. During our first appointment, Dr. Jess listened carefully as I explained the entire situation and she committed to helping me get relief and ideally get to the root cause of my symptoms. I experienced significant improvement after just our first session and have been largely pain free over the past 18 months with monthly visits. I can't thank her enough for giving me my life back!

Dr. Jess is the best! Her knowledge and her passion for her work shines through in every session. I appreciate her holistic approach to treatment and how she addresses the muscular system in addition to the skeletal. She genuinely cares about helping her patients and will provide you with resources outside of the chiropractic session to help you on your physical journey. I've been treated by Dr. Jess for the last few years for my back and shoulder pain. She's helped immensely in my rehabilitation and recovery through the years as my conditions were stubborn. Whether it was posture issues, or injuries sustained during extracurricular activities, Dr. Jess's holistic approach of combining chiropractic treatment, applying custom at-home stretches/exercises, and partnering massage therapy, by far has done the most for my recovery and maintenance. I would surely be in worse condition were it not for the customized treatment plans. I highly recommend her as your go-to chiropractor!

I've been seeing Beth Binegar the massage therapist at SF Custom Chiropractic for about two years, and she's incredible. I'm 68 with a very physical job, and her combination of strong hands and deep understanding of the body has kept me going strong. She's got this calm, grounded energy and somehow always seems to meet me exactly where I'm at when I walk in--whether I'm stiff, sore, or just need to reset. I always leave feeling different--looser, lighter, and better--and that feeling lasts for days afterward. It has been a game changer for me Along with Dr. Jess, my chiropractor, Beth has helped me recover from injuries and stay pain-free without missing any work. I'm learning how to listen to my body and train smarter as I get older. I'll be seeing them both for the long haul--they're the real deal.

Dr. Jessica Dzieszko has been amazing for my lower back. Her sessions are extremely effective, and she always shares simple exercises I can do on my own.
