We’d been having ongoing issues with the water intake of our washing machine, and Stefan was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. He also managed to visit at very short notice, which we really appreciated. We would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs—highly recommended!

Just a wonderful guy. Turned up and recognised the problem with the boiler so quickly and was able to resolve it with no dramas what so ever. Was punctual, polite and cleaned up after he departed. Will be calling on his services again if we ever have anther issue

Stefan responded promptly to my enquiry and was even able to come out the same day. He gave me a number of options for the repair which felt really helpful and he communicated clearly which managed my expectations of when he might be able to arrive and how long the process would take. Stefan is fantastic. He was able to get out to us on the same day and correctly identified the cause of a leak which was coming through our ceiling andhad been misdiagnosed by a different plumber. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and communicated honestly and transparently with us. Its great to have local specialists you can trust and Stefan is brilliant - would 100% recommend.
