This was our granddaughter's second private lesson. She is quiet, but the instructors were fantastic with her. Zoe is very encouraging and made this second experience so great that she feels ready for a trail ride. It is a great place to visit, even if you're not ready to ride a horse.

We’ve been here twice now over the years, once for my birthday and again today for our anniversary! Everyone’s so friendly here and the trail guides are amazing. It’s so great to be able to take our time and enjoy the sights and sounds we’re able to experience. We’ve never been rushed either! The horses are amazing and with all the horses having their own personality, it’s so fun to see how they all interact with each other and their environment. It’s been such a great experience and we can’t wait for another adventure with them!

It was my Daughter’s and I first time doing a trail ride together, and we had an amazing time and experience. The horses were beautiful and well taking care of. The trails were absolutely beautiful. Big shout out to are trail Guide, she was awesome; really inspired my daughter to do more rides. We definitely will be going back. 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks again Shadow Glen!

My husband gave me a gift certificate for my birthday last month and I woke up this morning and thought I would call and see if I could book a ride. They were very accommodating, even when I was running a bit late. I got to ride TJ and he was a pleasure to ride and a beautiful horse. My guide was great and she shared her considerable knowledge of the beautiful land we were riding on. The weather was perfect and it was a fantastic experience.

A magical experience every time! Shadow Glen Stables is truly my favorite place in the world! I just had my third trail ride here, and each time I leave feeling like I’ve stepped out of reality and into something magical. The staff and wranglers are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming- they treat you like family the moment you arrive. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, they make you feel right at home. What I love most is that they’re never in a rush to push you out after your ride. You can take your time enjoying the peaceful surroundings, visiting with the bunnies, goats, cow, and of course, the beautiful horses. It’s such a calming, joyful atmosphere, and I always feel completely at ease here. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape and a truly unforgettable horseback riding experience, Shadow Glen is the place. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Terry and Donnie for always being so kind! You guys are the best!
