Theravada tradition abbot/resident by a Sri Lankan monk. The abbot is very genuine and compassionate. Great place if you want to practice Metta (loving kindness) meditation. A small temple and can host 15-20 people for chanting and meditation.

This was my first visit and will not be my last. The energy here is so peaceful and relaxing. The guided breathing meditation was phenomenal. I like that everything was explained and we went along to make it ideal for beginners!! You turn in from Dam neck Rd to a driveway with a Buddha statue and you drive back towards the back of the house and park. As you walk up you slip your shoes off before entering. Once inside you are greeted by fellow guests and a Monk. They have incense lit and the ambience is just what you need after a long day. They provide the pillows for you to sit on and you get comfortable and follow along as the monk guides you through meditation and teaches you about Buddhism and finding peace within yourself. I will 100 percent recommend this for anyone to try even if it's just once. I plan to go weekly! I did not take pictures out of respect
