Awesome place. Friendly and seemingly non judgmental energy. I go there on Sunday when I can, for a 2 hour meditation with a walking meditation every 30 minutes or so. It helps me stay focused and aware for the upcoming week. Thank you for being here.
Came for the Sunday meditation and it was for two hours with a Dharma talk. Quiet and serene, it's a good place to further your practice with other people. Lou was an excellent guide. Highly recommend.
