The first time I brought my fur baby to the salon she looked beautiful! The second time I had her groomed when I picked her up she looked like Crap! She was unevenly chopped with long and short hair in different places. I paid for the cut and left the groomer a nice tip anyway. I called the salon and nicely asked for a return call which I never received. I called again and somehow you cannot leave a message. Amazing! Very dissatisfied with the overall cut and the customer service.

Ashley is so good with our babies! They are rescues and one is scared of everything. Ashley is so patient and now our dog enjoys the grooming! Always communicates and gets our babies in! Highly recommend!!

Our 2 little wiener dogs love going to see Ashley. We used to take 3 of them. She does a great job with them all. Who had a terrible experience at a big company pet groomer. So Blessed to have found Ashley through a friend from work. Been with her for over 3 years.

I recently brought my dog to Shampooches for the first time. Great experience! They were very good with my dog who HATES to get her nails trimmed. Was in and out in 5 minutes with no problems at all! Highly recommend!! 😃

I took my puppy to get groomed today and she looks Beautiful! She is only 5 months so I just had them trim, cut nails and clean ears. I also bought my last dog here. Ashley the owner is very knowledgeable and professional! I would recommend this business
