SHANCO made an insurance claim for hail damage incredibly easy, coordinating our insurer, a claims adjuster and their installers to replace a damaged roof with an entirely new roof (the old roofing was removed down to the plywood) with a waterproof membrane underlay, ice & water barrier, ridge vents and copper flashing on the chimneys, and Grand Manor II shingles. The roof looks great - more like slate than asphalt! Go SHANCO and go delighted!

While their roofing team did an excellent job replacing our roof earlier this summer, I am so displeased with how they have handled our solar panels. We have lived in our house for 7 years with absolutely no issues with our solar panels and electricity bills that reflect this. Ever since our panels were reinstalled they have not worked. After MULTIPLE attempts of having them correct this, we are no longer getting responses from the roofing company and we are now left with solar panels that are just decoration on our new roof. Hire Shanco for your roofing needs, as long as you don’t have solar panels… because if something goes wrong with them, they won’t fix it and you’ll be stuck with the expense of having them fixed and higher electric bills!

Shanco made my life so much easier during what could have been a frantic time (getting my landlord insurance cancelled and needing a new roof quick while living out of state). You will talk to real people ,a whole team of very personable people,who will ease you through the entire roofing process, keeping start to finish.The first person I spoke with was Justin Vanegas. He also helped me through all the contract details , made sure to get my job lined up quickly,and checked in with me at my project's end,to make sure the job was perfect and that I was very pleased with how it looked. Especially if,like me,you are having your roof replaced using homeowners insurance, Shanco will send out a public adjuster! You never have to deal with your insurance alone. The roofers also did a superb job of leaving my property clean and my driveway and yard nail free.My new roof even looks good in the rain,in this picture.

Travis, Nate and Alex's crew have been fabulous for my garage roof replacement from beginning to end! We desperately needed a new roof and Shanco delivered! The shingles match my existing house roof, the install took less than a full day and everyone was timely and they worked hard. Value was great and I'm planning on using Shanco for my siding and hopefully new gutter install. Thanks!
