Mrs. Shandz is wonderful. She and her team are on time and professional and kind. If you’d like a quick general surface level clean this is the business for you. Be aware deeper cleaning and attention to detail is not their priority. They are not working off a a high standard. If you’re already a clean/tidy person this is not the service for you. When asked for a deeper cleaning specifically they did not meet this expectation and felt like a waste of time and money. Edit: I’d like to address the owner’s recent comment. There are several important takeaways regarding this business. The so-called “contract” provided is vague and misleading (see attached). Additionally, attempts at unprofessional behavior—such as defaming a customer or offering fabricated excuses—should be noted. Despite my efforts, there was no response to my personal message or any attempt to address my concern. Nothing was communicated to me during the cleaning. When I on one single occasion voiced reasonable requests or clarifications during the cleaning, the team appeared overwhelmed, rushed, and later used these interactions against me even though the requests were consistent with the terms outlined in their own “contract.”
