Shannon is absolutely excellent at what she does! We have worked with her multiple times for both purchases and refinancing and her services have been perfect every time. She is extremely knowledgeable, she works tirelessly, and she is so very reliable (which is a quality hard to find these days). Our most recent purchase was a complicated situation with multiple moving parts. It was not an easy deal and I'm confident that if it had not been for Shannon's expert opinions and her ability to deliver under pressure, we may have lost the deal. I've been in the real estate business for over 20 years and I always go back to Shannon. She is unparalleled in making the loan process simple and easy, when I know my loan was not easy at all. She basically takes care of everything and magically does what I have never seen other lenders come close to with the calm and gentle explanation that is needed in such a stressful, tense process. Shannon is a credit to her profession and I highly recommend her services. The mortgage industry is ripe with representatives who are either uneducated in their chosen profession, uninspired with their job, or unethical in their practices and in many cases all of these things. Shannon is the exact opposite.
