Absolutely horrifying. The hairdressers are not using the blue sterilizing liquid after each cut. This lady in the photo cut my son’s ear and he started crying. She had such a bad attitude and acted like it was my baby’s fault. My son didn’t move a muscle and after she cut him, he would not let her cut his hair. The woman said “mom come and get your baby.” I told her “you cut him, that’s why he’s crying.” The manager had to step in and ask what happened and I told him that she cut my son’s ear. The manager transferred us to another woman (Suzanne) who was better and he gave us 50% off. After us, the same hairdresser as pictured was cutting another baby’s hair and the baby started crying. I took a better inspection and saw that this baby’s ear was cut too. And the hairdresser was acting very mean, and made them change from the seat with a car to sitting on moms lap. Now my son’s doctors office wants to test my son for Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, and HIV. STAY AWAY!
