Updated Review (9 Months Later) I had an amazing experience the first time I had photos done by this photographer — the quality was exceptional, and I was in love with the results. That’s why for the past four months, I have been trying to book another session, specifically for my daughter’s photos. I’ve reached out multiple times: through the website inquiry form (twice), Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Messenger. I can see that my messages have been read, but I have not received any response. I completely understand if the photographer is busy — as a small business owner myself, I know things can get overwhelming. However, a simple acknowledgment or update would have been appreciated. I’ve waited several months without booking another photographer because I truly wanted her to capture my daughter’s photos. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication, I am now on the verge of running out of time to find someone else. This photographer is extremely talented and produces beautiful work, but unfortunately, my recent experience has shown that communication and reliability may be an issue. I hope this feedback is helpful for both future clients and for the business in improving the client experience. Still leaving first session review because she is talented and friendly: Absolutely thrilled with my experience! Shelby did an outstanding job capturing the precious details of my babygirl. From the soft lighting to the creative poses, every photo radiates warmth and love. The session itself was a joy—handled with such patience and professionalism, making sure my little one was comfortable and safe throughout. The final images were delivered promptly, beautifully edited, and each one feels like a perfect memory frozen in time. If you're looking for someone to capture those irreplaceable newborn moments, I can't recommend this photographer enough!

I did a boudoir session with Shelby a few years ago, and was so impressed! I was probably a little nervous to begin with, not having done a boudoir shoot before, but Shelby made it so comfortable! She told me exactly what to do and had a positive energy. The pictures came out gorgeous and I’m so glad I did them!

We had a wonderful experience with Shelby! She was so warm and welcoming. My kids had the best time and there was no whining or complaining during the photoshoot (saying a lot from a 5- and 10-year-old). We loved her studio and really enjoyed the elevator (iykyk). The photos turned out even better than I could have hoped for!
