Air Elite is so far excellent and portable, making it easy to get into our Highlander. The saleslady was helpful during the purchase. It was delivered the next day. They have been in business for over 20 years. The company has several ATPs (Assistive Technology Professionals) who are certified experts in analyzing the equipment needs of people with disabilities and are up to date on the latest technology. I consulted with Jack Kell, ATP, to select my ultralight wheelchair, cushion, and SmartDrive power assist device. Jack is impressive and has a depth of experience in finding customized solutions to meet your needs. Jack and his team were professional, smart, kind, honest, and service oriented. Kevin, ATP, is also amazing and helped my friend with a sit-to-stand lift. Important differentiators of Sherman Oaks Medical Supplies are that they not only have several ATPs, a large inventory, and competitive prices, but the company also does equipment maintenance and repairs.
