Horrible. Went tonight. The 19th of December 2025. The two front desk girls, could not figure out where to out us. 1/3 of the restaurant was empty it seemed. One kept saying, I gotta ask Joy, I gotta ask Joy. What ? Figure it out. Zendy was impeccable. Perfect wait staff. Food was absolutely horrible. Thank you Zendy for being so nice.

We wanted to start the year off with a different security company. One that had guards that were trained, certified and insured. Shield Services came highly recommended. I reached out to them. They stopped and listened to us when addressing our security needs. They came up with a quote and worked with our schedule. The guards are always courteous and professional. Management stops by and calls us regularly to see if there is anything that needs improvement. So far, everything has been good and I would definitely recommend Shield Canine Services to any company, small or large.
