Dealing with Larry over my mother's final tax return was horrible. Just because I had questions regarding the return he became condescending and arrogant over the phone, very rude which did invoke me to become a little rude back. When you question his work he throws out his resume about his school's, degrees etc.and tells you "I've been doing this for 50yrs!" He lacks any form of customer service skills and expects you to bow down to him and not question his work. He even told me that he was feed up with this return and told me that If I had any further questions I can have my sister pick up my mom's paper work and go somewhere else. This was a red flag for me and will be taking my business elsewhere!
