This dance studio has horrible communication. I unfortunately was unable to try studio out because I could not get anyone to return my calls or answer my questions. Not sure if the studio itself is worth the hassle of dealing with the lack of communication, for me no.

Best studio, great teachers, and amazing dancers. I do recommend sending your kid here to learn they will definitely get better.

I recently visited Shining Stars Dance Academy with my 5-year-old daughter, and I was very disappointed with what I saw. The inside of the studio looked run down and poorly maintained, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and safety for young children. On top of that, the costumes being used were far too revealing and not at all age-appropriate, especially for such young dancers. As an educated parent, I want my child in an environment that promotes professionalism, safety, and respect—and unfortunately, this studio did not meet those standards.

The best dance studio we’ve ever been a part of! Everyone is genuinely friendly and so kind. The instructors exude joy and that energy trickles down to the kids. 10/10 recommend! We will probably never leave unless we move! Love love love!

Initially, our experience with the studio was positive. However, when we received my daughter's recital costume for her performance in June, I noticed It was a bit revealing (especially for a preschooler). Despite reaching out to the school for three weeks to address this concern, we received no response. I have left messages and emails. I spoke to Miss Jessica and she was very dismissive. I will also note that I am not the only parent who had concerns. The lack of communication and customer service is concerning. The manager Miss Theresa is aware of the issue but has not taken any action (none of the parents have heard from her). If you're comfortable with poor communication and disregard for parental concerns, then this place might suit you. Disappointed and won't recommend.
