Wonderful experience. Such fine, high-quality work at a very fair price. Hemmed and repaired five pairs of pants for me which are now all staples of my wardrobe. Accepted a walk in appointment. Very professional, great customer service. So happy to have Shirley’s in the neighborhood. My wife had a wonderful experience with them as well.

Veda and her team are brilliant engineers. They resized a vintage gown and replaced the original rhinestones exactly as they were before. The dress is still a piece of wearable art, thanks to their attention to detail and high standard of work.

This place is the best. Tough jobs that other tailors can't handle they are confident about. I'd travel hours to have work done on a garment at Shirleys rather than trust anyone else with it. Can't reccomend enough.

I couldn't be happier with the custom curtains Veda made for us. She is really a professional and her attention to detail is expert level. For a small extra fee, she even did an onsite visit to make sure she had all the measurements and design details correct. I highly recommend her for all your curtain needs.

Ms. Veda is one of the few masters left! She reimagined my grandmother’s wedding dress from 1945 into something I’m so excited to wear on my wedding day. She was a treat to work with, ensuring that everything was fitting well and getting it all done quickly!
