My friend won a VIP experience for DJ Pauly D, and we were so excited going into the night. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and honestly felt unsafe. We arrived at 8 PM as instructed, but shortly after, the general admission crowd began shoving, pushing, and eventually broke through the rope into our supposed VIP section. Despite it being a reserved space, people from GA attempted to punch, push, and shove us out of the area. It was aggressive and overwhelming. What made this worse was the complete lack of response from staff. Bartenders, servers, and bouncers did nothing to protect the VIP space or intervene, even though it was clear the situation was escalating. This was meant to be a safe, reserved area, and it was anything but that. To make matters even more concerning, while we were waiting to leave, a woman mentioned she was being stalked and no one would help her. We also informed a bartender on her behalf, yet nothing was done. It was incredibly disappointing to see not only us, but other women, being ignored and disrespected. Overall, this venue failed to provide a safe environment, despite promising a VIP experience. I left feeling disrespected and unsafe, and I will not be returning.

We stopped here before going on the Christmas trolly. We were immediately greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The bartenders were fantastic. The decorations were great, and the photo booth was a lot of fun. The trolly company should consider this as their bar instead of the one they use!

Stopped in for a couple drinks and to check out their holiday decorations. Super cool spot with great food and stuff to stay entertained! Free Photo Booth! Our bartender was great!

Cool little place with a lot of interactive games like Jenga, cornhole, pinball and duck pin bowing. Lanes are great for kids and I think you have to bring your own bags for the cornhole. Food was mid. I got a smash burger and was not impressed with the first presentation. (See photos). I did quietly pull the server aside and they got me a fresh double burger no charge. He went above and beyond and that makes a difference. He even got my daughter a little duck for her Diet Coke.

Had a birthday party there and worked with the Event Manager. Everything went flawlessly. Kayla (manager) and Bella (Server) were top notch and super helpful. Everyone was helpful thru the planning and executing process. I had the Riverside Bar and patio which was a perfect option for a party of around 35 people. I chose the taco bar buffet with some different salads and sandwiches and everybody thought the food was good. The drink packages available fit different styles so it was easy to choose based on the packages they offered
