They are there to communicate with you and support you through the whole process. Lindsey and her team have helped my family and friends by and sell numerous homes, and there is no other realty group I would consider besides them. Lindsey was very nice and easy to work with throughout our home search. When we came to town for a house-hunting trip, she scheduled and showed us around 15 homes, which helped us make the most of our limited time. She and her team were well organized — they prepared a binder for us with all the properties we planned to see along with the seller disclosures, which made it much easier to compare homes as we went. Her assistant, Samantha, was also excellent. She was quick to respond to questions and helped keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. While we were out looking at houses, Lindsey was flexible and able to add a couple of additional properties that we spotted along the way. Once we decided on a home, she moved quickly to help us get an offer submitted and worked to secure acceptance within about six hours so we could leave town knowing we had a house under contract. Overall, Lindsey and her team were organized, responsive, and easy to work with. We appreciated their help in making our house-hunting trip productive and successful.

After a few buying and selling transactions under our belt, I was always a little bummed we hadn't yet found our true partners, our very own Realtor friend that we could count on and recommend.... until now! So grateful for the relationship with this brokerage- especially with the remarkable Mary Lewandoski- that we have developed over the last year or so. It began when I called the number on a sign for a home I had questions about last spring. Left a message, walked the property and decided it wasn't quite right for us, but received a call the same day from an agent (Mary) with the listing firm. From that initial conversation with Mary (we talked for at least 30 min!) I knew that she understood what we were looking for and from that moment on for 5 months she preceded to go to work for us on a very specific search and unique situation- without even having met us yet during that time. We kept in touch closely and kept insisting we'd sit down for coffee or lunch and go over even more specifics, but she was very understanding of our crazy schedule and was not at all pushy, just full of great advice and kept her ear to the street for us for the perfect listing. Our game plan changed and we decided to keep holding out on a purchase but were ready to start heading towards selling our current home first, a historic home for a very specific buyer...a home that we were EXTREMELY emotionally attached to, and I personally thought we would have to list with an expert in historic or webster homes exclusively. Mary could have tried hard to talk me out of that, but instead she confidently listed reasons why she and her team should absolutely not be overlooked as a listing agent, but said that she understood where I was coming from and would support that decision and continue the help with finding a new home in the new neighborhood. As we inched closer to getting our home on the market, it truly became apparent that we saw Mary as a trusted advisor and friend with as much legwork she'd done on the buying end that we'd be crazy not to trust her and Compass with listing our home. It was not peak buying season, Christmas fast approaching and a very special home with a limited pool of buyers- and it could not have gone more smoothly or pleasantly. She was a master at professional yet gentle negotiations which were essential to keep the interest of the sweetest, most perfect buyers. We had fair negotiations and inspections and a fast closing and Mary and the Compass team helped us pull this all off the week of Christmas with a 30 day close. They were available quickly any time I had a question and were so responsive, even during holidays and vacations. Going the extra mile is an understatement! We had to move during the Jan 26 snowstorm and they were so gracious even when we had their complimentary moving truck a few extra days. It was all a whirlwind and they took so much of the stress away! Couldn't have been a better experience. It was a Dream! We're very much looking forward to the buying side this spring, leaning on the expertise of Mary Lewandoski and the Compass Team!
