My mom passed away with an estate on the upper east side of Manhattan. Many auction and estate companies wanted to pick and choose which items (silver, gold, art work) they would take and make an offers on. Shawn came down and helped me by not only working around my schedule because I lived and worked out of state, but he also made a fair offer for all the items. Showplace not only removed built ins (chandelier, art stands) carefully and patched the holes but also replaced the chandeliers with fixtures so the apt could be sold without the need of another contractor or clean up crew to come in. The workers were nice, respectful and efficient. I highly recommend Showplace and I have already referred people to them.

It was time to sell our beautiful 2 bedroom west side apt overlooking Central Park and Showplace was the perfect company to fully dispose of all our modern furniture and selected artwork. They did everything they said they would led by Shawn Leventhal who visited the apt and gave us a reasonable offer that we could trust. The movers were first class supervised by Wendy B. from Showplace and we had a check on the spot! Thank you Showplace!

I had a wonderful experience with Showplace Fine Art & Estate Buyers. From start to finish they were thoroughly courteous and helpful in the sale of my mom's estate, consisting of midcentury modern furniture and fashion. Shawn and his crew of movers handled all mom's items with professional care. They were respectful and assisted me in making difficult decisions regarding handmade tapestry and embroidery pieces made by my grandmother. At the end, I knew my family's heritage was in good hands. I recommend them most highly for the sale of all estate items and furniture.

Everyone at NY Showplace was very helpful and responsive. It was nice to working with people who could appreciate the value of my luxury items. My Louis Vuitton steamer trunk, all my Baker furniture and all my Stickley furniture and lots of exceptional artwork including my Peter Max original painting. NYS will find them a new home to bring joy to others. I would definitely recommend them. Their movers were great and it saved me money on my move. Well done team!
