The sales person was really great and told me they would paint and fix everything. He was very professional and well spoken. A group of hard working young folks came out to paint and replace some wood. I never saw the project manager that whole time they were here. I asked one young lady if they had used the chemicals needed to treat the rust on the door before they painted, she nodded and I am not sure whether she understood English or not. When we did the walkthrough after the job, I think the only time we saw the project manager, there were a few minor fixes that they agreed to fix. The new navy blue paint of the door started bleeding through the front door about a week later. We contacted them again to add this to the other fix list. We sent them all the pictures they requested with captions of exactly where the problems were noted, even though all but the breakthrough paint had been discussed with the project manger previously. They never showed up the day they stated they were coming out to address fixes. I called them back a few weeks later and they apologized for forgetting to resolve it and then they did the exact same thing again. They made another appointment then no show and never heard from them. I gave up and then a couple months went by and I received some message asking me to rate their services. I told them they again they never address our issues. It sounded like they may have hired a new project manager, so I had hopes that whatever issues they might have been having, they were now ready to address our concerns. NOPE GOTCHA AGAIN! I RESENT THE PICTURES AND EVERYTING! TO NOTE: THEY CONTACTED ME TWICE REQUESTING THE FINAL PAYMENT ON THE FRIDAY THE WORKERS SAID THEY WERE DONE. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER PAID THEM. I SHOULD HAVE KNOW BETTER THAT IF THEY HAD THOSE TYPES OF CASH FLOW PROBLEMS FOR PAYROLL, THEIR BUSINESS WAS STRUGGLING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I hired Show Stopper Paint to paint three rooms in my home. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. It took three separate visits for the company to address issues with the ceilings, which were eventually repaired and repainted. However, the walls were never corrected, despite being part of the original scope of work. I was told multiple times that they would return to repair and repaint the walls, but that has not yet happened. While I appreciate their repeated efforts to fix the ceilings, the job remains incomplete, and the lack of follow-through on the walls has been disappointing. I paid the invoice in full. I will have to hire a new company to accomplish the initial scope.

We had such a great experience with Showstopper Painting from start to finish!! Can't express our gratitude enough with the entire team! Ken (our sales rep) made everything super clear from the start. He walked us through the process, explained pricing in detail, and even updated our quote when we made changes. He was very professional and personable, making us feel right about choosing them as our paint crew! He also did a great job keeping us in the loop on the timeline since we were out of town right after booking, which was so helpful. Cindy (designer/paint specialist) was AMAZING! She has the best energy and really helped us pick colors that brought in so much natural light. Choosing paint can be overwhelming, but she made it fun and she picked the cutest nursery colors for our baby girl. 💕 Kevin (project manager) was friendly, on time, and made sure the prep work was done right so everything would look perfect. And finally, the crew did such a professional job with prepping and painting. They were detail-oriented, respectful of our home, and everything turned out beautifully. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the team. Everyone was professional, personable, and easy to work with. Our home feels fresh, bright, and ready for this next chapter! Highly recommend Showstopper Painters if you want true quality!

Amazing job done by Mark with showstopper painting. We had a very thrashed entryway, two stories. It looks gorgeous now. Mark was very thorough in fixing the walls dents and sanding old paint trash off. Most of all, he was very pleasant to work with. We could not recommend him with showstopper painting enough. Job well done.

Had sales consultant Ken Lane, who gave me the best sales pitch…after which everything took a downward turn. Could not get a hold of the person to pick out colors, which was eventually on the books Saturday before the job was scheduled. Did I mention when I had taken time off from work and had other things going on so this was time sensitive? I didn’t find out till the day of the project, that it was not scheduled. Called the office, turns out the job/contract was not written out correctly after I explained very painstakingly everything that needed to be done. Magically they had already bought the paint but there was nothing they could do to get the job done as scheduled, I’d have to wait. This was after being reassured by Ken that everything was good to go. Oh, and it was an extra $1000 to get everything that I needed done right. Not to mention the rescheduling meant that I had to get someone else to come out when the painters did eventually show up. The paint crew were unsure of what needed to be done day of because, again details had been left out. Thank goodness my friend spoke Spanish and could explain. Two stars because of the kindness and courtesy of the project manager Kevin Pagano, who came out on a day off to touch up and clean up. I have other paint projects that I need done, but I won’t be using Showstoppers because again!
