Shutter and Sound Films was such an easy decision when choosing our wedding videographer! My older sister had used them for her wedding and we were just so impressed by the stunning work they did with her videos, that my family knew we had to hire them again! We loved how inconspicuous they were while capturing every moment of our special day. Ched and Nathan were just fabulous to work with all day long. They were sweet, funny, professional, so talented, and made us feel comfortable in front of the lens. Quinn and Julian were wonderful throughout the entire planning process. They both listened to our needs and wants and were very accommodating to any requests/changes we had along the way. We selected the package where we received a documentary style edit of our entire event, as well as a short video put to a song of our choice, showcasing the highlighted moments. We were so happy we made this choice and absolutely loved the short 4-minute film, as it captured our day perfectly in a nutshell. It’s a beautiful film to show to our guests who couldn’t make it to our wedding, as well as a wonderful keepsake for ourselves. The quality and clarity of the Shutter and Sounds work is unbelievable and we are so happy we chose them to capture our wedding day! We are so grateful to the entire team!!
My husband and I are so happy that we chose Shutter and Sound for our Northern Virginia wedding. I was very particular about the type of video I wanted (more of a fun music video vibe!) Everyone on the Shutter and Sound team was so responsive and helpful from the moment I reached out during my planning process, especially Julian who did a wonderful job with our coordination and follow up. Ched and Nathan were so fun to work with on our wedding day and did an amazing job capturing the day! I highly recommend purchasing the Instagram clip to share with family and friends right after the wedding. My partner, Mike, and I got married in Leesburg, VA on June 6, 2022 after postponing our original May 2021 wedding. The crew at Shutter & Sound has been amazing through all of our planning and very accommodating with our postponement! Quinn is wonderful and was always so helpful and communicative. Julian was our lead videographer and he did an amazing job! It felt so natural and his cues for my partner and I were very gentle and made us look great! We love our wedding highlight videos and can’t wait for the multi-camera edit when it’s ready in a few months. Highly recommend working with Shutter & Sound!
I knew we had to hire Shutter and Sound when I saw another video they did at our venue - I was just blown away by how cinematic and emotional it was. Our videographers (Julian and Juan) were so amazing to work with and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They also worked really well in tandem with our photographer. I'm so happy we made the decision to hire Shutter and Sound. Your wedding day seems like it flashes by in the blink of an eye, but our video from that day will be something we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
