Outstanding Experience with Sierra Roofing! I had a truly positive experience with Sierra Roofing from start to finish. From the very beginning, I worked directly with Lupe Campos, Production Manager, who was absolutely amazing. She guided me through the entire process step by step and made everything stress-free and easy to understand. I received four different roofing quotes, and Sierra Roofing provided the most fair and reasonable price by far. Lupe also helped me with a great discount and informed me about their financing options, which was a huge help since roofing is very expensive nowadays. Thanks to her, I was able to secure financing quickly and move forward without any issues. Once the contract and financing were completed, Lupe immediately scheduled the crew, and they got to work right away. The entire project was a full roof installation, and it only took three days to complete. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of my property. They kept the area clean and made sure everything was done properly. One thing I really appreciated was the daily communication. They kept me in the loop every single day, sending pictures of the progress and the work completed, which gave me peace of mind and showed how transparent and organized they are. The quality of the roof is top-notch! They installed a GAF roof with a 50-year warranty, which made me feel confident that this was a long-term investment done right. I recently had my roof done by Sierra in Chino and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first meeting with John and his team, everything was handled professionally and with care. What started as a straightforward repair turned into a full roof replacement after their thorough inspection, and I’m overall glad we went that route. I'm a repeat customer. Sierra Roof is an outstanding company in the field. They provided me an overview of the process and how long it will take. They also work with the city to get a the permit and the set an appointment with the city inspector to look at your roof. This company provided pictures during the project and the final new roof. I'm happy to have gone to them as they are fast. They will tear down the old roof, replace any wood that is needed, and get up the new roof in less than two weeks time. In addition, they made sure they cleaned up any debris from the project. This company does other projects, but I used them primary for roofing. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.
